Gordon Ritchie has been in
practice as a Solicitor & Estate Agent for over
30 years and is involved in many
activities in Stonehaven. He is Clerk to Her Majesty's Lord
Lieutenant of Kincardineshire and an Honorary
Sheriff in Stonehaven. He founded Stonehaven Heritage Society and has produced several
books on the history of the town. Past President of the Rotary Club of Stonehaven, Gordon also finds time for motor sport, being a long serving member of
Stonehaven & District Motor Club and competitor in the Scottish Rally Championship.
Gordon specialises in the sale and purchase of properties, having an excellent knowledge
of most houses in the Stonehaven area.
He can also advise on wills and estates, and Powers of Attorney. |

Clare Thomas – Associate
Solicitor. Clare Thomas has been with Connons for
over 20 years. Having trained as a
Solicitor in England, she moved to Stonehaven with her husband and re-trained as a
Scottish Solicitor. She specialises in conveyancing for house sales and purchases and
ensures that every transaction is as smooth and as speedy as possible. |
